Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of being placed. After that, they are processed and cannot be changed.

If you change your mind about your purchase, please send us an email to support@kenzicustom.com or fill in the form at Contact Us and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Please note that orders requiring design modifications may not be delivered in a timely manner as it will take longer to make the requested changes.
